MANDATORY WAIVERS and info:

Please have forms completed and brought in with
you or let us know a minimum two days before your booked ride and we can have some available for you to complete. If you do not have your waivers prepared ahead of your ride please contact us and arrive a half hour early to complete the forms. Text Liz at 780-920-6582 when you arrive and she will meet you with the forms and riding helmets. 

 

FACILITY USE WAIVER:


Please complete one Facility Use Waiver form per person
for Wagon Rides and Garden Rentals

 



These are good once per Calendar year so if you are returning and have already completed them once in the same year let us know a couple days ahead if you are coming to ride. 

HORSEBACK RIDING WAIVERS:

You must SIGN & INITIAL all places except you may ONLY omit #4,6&7 of the Under the Age of Majority SAFETY WAIVER. Children MUST wear a riding helmet, and we will provide the use of one for no additional fee. If you bring your own riding helmet it must be ASTM approved for riding horses. Boots with a low heel recommended and we may have a pair to lend you! No open toed footwear or steel toed boots. No crocs or sandals and please wear long pants to ride.


Riding Participants each to have an Acknowledgement and Hold Harmless Waiver, a Safety Waiver and a Facility Use Waiver signed initialed and dated.

IMPORTANT!

If bringing children who you are not the Legal Guardian for, download, print and have the ORIGINAL signed and initialed Waivers with you to hand in to us when you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Alternatively the waivers may be electronically sent in a minimum 2 days prior to your booked ride. If the waivers are not completed correctly and if we do not receive them, we will not be able to take the children riding.
